Halloween for an ESPN2-televised game against Pittsburgh.

It was BeamerBall early as Nathaniel Adibi blocked a Panther punt in the
first quarter.

Kevin Jones scored Tech's fist touchdown, but injured a hamstring on his next
carry and was out for the game.

At halftime, Mickey Fitzgerald and four other former Tech greats were
introduced for their induction into the Tech Sports Hall of Fame.

Lee Suggs scored his second TD of the game from 59 yards out to put Tech up
21-7 in the third quarter.

With the score knotted at 21-21, DeAngelo Hall intercepted a Pitt pass at the
goal line and returned it 46 yards to keep Tech in the game.
