James Anderson and his fellow Hokie defenders took it to the visiting Dukes.	Tailback Kevin Jones had 57 yards before leaving the game following a late hit that sent him into the Lane Stadium wall.
Cedric Humes took over the tailback duties and gained 75 yards on 15 carries.	Ernest Wilford had another spectacular day, having four receptions for 58 yards.
