BLACKSBURG, Va. - The opening game of Virginia Tech's three-game ACC baseball series against Georgia Tech was postponed Friday night at English Field due to rain and lightning.

The game was halted after just two pitches in the top of the first inning. The game will be made up as part of a double-header on Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. The final game of the series is scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m.
