2012 Indoor: Placed 15th in the 5000 meters at the ACC Championship (17:26.42) … Won the mile at the VT Challenge in a personal best 5:02.49 … Clocked a personal best 3000 meter time of 9:57.71 at the SPIRE Division I Invitational.

2011 Cross Country: Led the team at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet by placing 23rd in a career-best 6k time of 21:00.5 to earn All-Region honors … Finished 44th at the ACC Championship Meet in 21:39.9 … Ran second on the team and 74th overall at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational (22:12) … Helped the Hokies to the team title at the Charlotte Invitational by finishing 19th in a season-best 5k of 17:45.1 ... 2011 Outdoor: Led the team in the 5,000 meters, setting a personal best with a win at the Roanoke Twilight meet (16:55.53) … Anchored the third-place 4x1500-meter relay at the Colonial Relays (18:53.07) … Set PRs in the 800 (2:21.25) and 1,500 meters (4:37.87).
