2012 Cross Country: Earned the first All-Region honors of her career by finishing 25th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a season-best 6k time of 21:16.49 … Was seventh at the Charlotte Invitational coming in at 21:35.46 … Recorded a top 100 result at Pre-Nationals with a time of 21:33.2 … Finished the ACC Championship in 51st at 22:04.4.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 5000 meters at the NCAA East Regional Meet and finished 14th in her heat, 27th overall (16:51.74) … Won the 5k at NC State’s Wolfpack Last Chance in a season best 16:37.76 … Finished eighth in the 5000 meters at the ACC Championship (16:55.02) … Won the 1500 meters at Radford’s Highlander Invitational (4:35.02), while also competing in the 800 meters (2:21.08) … Runner-up in section two of the 1500 meters at the Raleigh Relays in a season best 4:30.97, while also running the third leg on winning 4x800 meter relay (8:54.59) … Ninth at the Colonial Relays 5k (16:42.22).

2012 Indoor: Took 13th in the 5000 meters at the ACC Championship (17:14.56) … Set a season best in the mile with a fifth place finish at the VT Elite Meet (4:56.16) … Notched a season best 3000 meter time of 9:43.05 at the SPIRE Division I Invitational.

2011 Cross Country: Led the Hokies in two meets on the season … Ran first on the team and 16th overall at the Charlotte Invitational, helping the Hokies to the team title in a season-best 5k time of 17:41.3 … Also led the team at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational, finishing 42nd in 21:47 … Posted a season-best 6k of 21:33.8 and finished 41st at the ACC Championship Meet … Finished 49th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet (21:38.9), good for fifth on the team ... Earned team Rookie of the Year Award.

High School: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, N.C. ... Three-time North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) 3A state cross country champion … Posted a prep best time of 17:55 for the 5k at the Foot Locker South Regional Meet … 10-time NCHSSA 3A state champion in track (six times indoor, four times outdoor) … Won the outdoor 1,600m and 3,200m in 2010 and 2011 … Indoor 3,200m state champion from 2009-11, indoor 1,600m state champion in 2010 and 2011, indoor 1,000m state champion in 2011 ...
