Who can order tickets?

Current Hokie Club donors and football season ticket holders may order Boise State tickets during the regular football season renewal process. On-line ordering begins in late February and paper applications will be mailed with 2010 football season ticket renewal applications in mid-March. The deadline for ordering tickets and to receive priority seating is May 1, 2010. Virginia Tech students will be able to order tickets for this game in March. Once Hokie Club donors, season ticket holders and Virginia Tech students have submitted their orders, any remaining tickets will then be made available to the general public. Tickets for the general public will be available after May 1, 2010.

How many seats may I purchase?

There is no limit on how many tickets you can order but the maximum number of tickets in priority that may be purchased is six (6) tickets per account. We anticipate that all orders will be filled, however there is no guarantee that every order will be filled because demand may exceed the number of tickets available.

What ordering options are available to Virginia Tech customers?

Patrons will have the option to select either CLUB SEATS or BEST AVAILABLE SEATS on the ticket application.

CLUB SEATS - Virginia Tech will receive a limited number of tickets in the club seating area. This is due to the contractual obligations of the club seat holders with FedExField. Due to these agreements, FedExField venue club seat owners have the opportunity to retain their seats for this game.

If you request club seats, your order will be filled based upon your Hokie Club Point Priority as long as seats remain available in either of the club price levels. If club seats are no longer available, you will automatically receive seats within the BEST AVAILABLE option according to your Hokie Club Priority as detailed below.

BEST AVAILABLE - If you order seats in BEST AVAILABLE, your seats will be assigned based upon your Hokie Club Point Priority in the best seat location regardless of the price of the ticket.

How will my seats be assigned?

All seats will be assigned based upon your current Hokie Club Point Priority totals within the option you selected: CLUB SEATS or BEST AVAILABLE. For more information on the Virginia Tech Athletic Ticket Office Allocation Procedures click here.

When will I be charged for the Boise State game?

You will not be charged until your seats are assigned. We anticipate this process to be completed on or before the first week of July.

What other charges will I incur?

When you order through the mail, tickets to the Boise State game are being offered as an optional item on the 2010 Virginia Tech Football Season Ticket Renewal Application. That application carries an $8.00 application fee for placing the order, and an $8.00 fee to cover the cost of shipping.

When ordering online, the 2010 Virginia Tech Football Season Ticket Renewal Application and the 2010 Boise State Ticket Application are processed separately. Each application will carry an $8.00 application fee, and a single $8.00 fee for shipping will be added to your ticket account.

May I group my seats with someone else for this game?

Yes, we will group your tickets if all members of the group return their orders together. All members of the group must return their paper order forms together. Group seating is not available for online orders. This affirms to our office that all group members are in agreement as it impacts seat location. Each form within the group should reference the customer numbers of the other individuals in the group. Your customer number is located on the top of your paper application. You will also receive an e-mail with your customer number. The seat location of the entire group will be determined by the member of the group with the lowest priority.

What is the cost of Parking?

There is plenty of game day parking at FedExField. A $5 fee has been added to the price of the ticket listed above per the FedExField policy for parking. This fee is reflected in the total cost of the ticket prices listed above. There will not be any permits issued for Purple, Orange, Green, Gray or Copper lots. All vehicles will be permitted to park in those lots at no charge, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

RV/Limo parking will be handled though the Redskins ticket office. There is an additional cost of $75 per RV or Limo. Anyone needing information or a permit can contact the Redskins Ticket Office at (301) 276-6050.
