    Hokies in the NFL - A look at Week 3

    Here’s a look at how former Virginia Tech players did this week in their respective NFL games. Tech has 19 players on active 53-man rosters with 17 dressing Sunday (one more plays Monday). Two more players are on practice squads and one other is on the injured reserve.

    New York Giants (W): CB Jayron Hosley - started; 3 tackles, 2 passes defended, 1st career INT, left game w/hamstring injury; TB David Wilson - 1 rush, -2 yds, 1 rec., 3 yds, 19.0 avg on KOR; Carolina (L): LB James Anderson - started, team-high 14 tackles, 1 TFL

    Kansas City (W): CB Brandon Flowers - started, 5 tackle, 1 PD

    Houston (W): OT Duane Brown - started; PK Shayne Graham - started, 2 FGs, 3 PATs

    Tampa Bay (L): SS Cody Grimm - played, no stats

    Arizona (W): TE Jeff King - started, 1 rec, 15 yds; TB Ryan Williams - 13 rush, career-high 83 yds, 1 rec, 12 yds; Philadelphia (L): QB Michael Vick - started, 217 yds passing, 28 yds rush; DE Darryl Tapp - 6 tackles, .5 for loss (3.5 yds)

    San Diego (L): WR Eddie Royal - 2 rec, 7 yds, 1 rush, 10 yds, 1 punt return, 3 yds

    Pittsburgh (L): OLB Jason Worilds - 2 tackles

    Washington (L): CB DeAngelo Hall - started, 11 tackles, 1 PD; C Will Montgomery - started; WR Joshua Morgan - started, 2 rec, 22 yds

    Baltimore: QB Tyrod Taylor - Sunday night
