Here’s a look at how former Virginia Tech players did this week in their respective NFL games. Tech has 19 players on active 53-man rosters with three more players on practice squads and one more on the injured reserve.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK: Playing in front of hometown friends and family, Eddie Royal scored a 22-yard touchdown for the Chargers against the Redskins, his seventh TD of the year …Brandon Flowers had six tackles and a key pass break up as the Chiefs moved to 9-0 …In a loss, Jason Worilds had two sacks for the Steelers …Bruce Taylor was signed to the Cincinnati practice squad.
