2012: Played in six games before undergoing season-ending shoulder surgery following the North Carolina game … Was in on 44 total plays, 21 coming at fullback and 23 on special teams … Saw action on special teams and one offensive play in the season opener against Georgia Tech … Was in on five offensive snaps, while also seeing time on special teams against Austin Peay … Contributed on offense as well as special teams against Cincinnati … Was in on nine special teams plays, returning one kickoff for 12 yards at North Carolina … Had shoulder surgery the following week … Was limited in spring practice due to his surgery.
