ESPN site still taking votes for Heisman
October 10, 2003

ESPN and Suzuki are still urging fans to vote for their favorite college football player for the Heisman Trophy. The Tech athletics department is encouraging Tech fans to go to ESPN's Web site and vote for Kevin Jones, the Hokies' talented running back who is one of the candidates for the honor.

Suzuki gets one official vote in the 2003 Heisman balloting and will use the results of this poll to cast their vote.

Jones, who is currently seventh in the voting on the ESPN/Suzuki poll, has rushed for more than 100 yards in three straight games heading into Saturday's game at home against Syracuse.

To vote for Jones, go to http://r.espn.go.com/espn/contests/voteheisman/contestindex then click where it says 'Vote Now' on the left-hand side of the page.
