BLACKSBURG, Va. - Virginia Tech and Syracuse University announced Monday that they have agreed to a two-game football series in 2010 and 2011. The contract calls for Tech to face SU at the Carrier Dome on Sept., 25, 2010 and for the Orange to travel to Blacksburg for a rematch at Lane Stadium/Worsham Field on Sept. 17, 2011.

Tech and Syracuse first met on the gridiron in 1964. The two schools have played a total of 17 times. The Orange leads the series 9-8.
