Vegas Robinson was re-evaluated Monday morning by Head Team Physician Dr. Gunnar Brolinson, D.O., for a sprained left ankle and has been downgraded to "out" for Saturday's Temple game.

Robinson suffered a grade 2 ankle sprain along with multiple contusions that occurred during the third quarter of the Rutgers game. X-rays were negative on Saturday. Monday's MRI results won't be available until at least Monday afternoon.

"His status will not change, Vegas is out for Saturday's game," said head athletic trainer Mike Goforth. "We'll rest him this week and try to get him back for the Pittsburgh game."

Redshirt freshmen James Anderson and Blake Warren will battle this week in practice for the right to start this week.
