McCadam, Pile have career games vs. Miami

Tech rover Kevin McCadam and safety Willie Pile tied for the highest grades among Tech's defensive players after Saturday's 26-24 loss to Miami. McCadam, playing in his final game at Lane Stadium, recorded a career-high 15 solo tackles, including two for a loss, and he added two assists. Pile, a junior, finished with 11 solo tackles and seven assists. Pile also broke up three passes.

Tech's secondary played probably its best game of the season. In addition to McCadam and Pile, Ronyell Whitaker had a big game, registering eight solo tackles and four assists. He broke up a pass and Garnell Wilds broke up two passes.
