Morgan's Status Upgraded
Receiver now listed as questionable

BLACKSBURG - Following Wednesday's practice, Virginia Tech head athletic trainer Mike Goforth upgraded sophomore receiver Josh Morgan from "out" to "questionable" for the Hokies' Saturday football game at Duke.

"Josh made a much better recovery than anticipated," Goforth said. "With the help of custom bracing and a tape job, I've decided to elevate his status to questionable."

Goforth originally listed Morgan as "out" earlier Wednesday with a strained muscle in his lower right leg.

Goforth said the plan is for Morgan to dress for the game and if he's cleared, it will be up to the coaches as to whether or not he plays, as well as how much he plays.
