ACC releases game times, networks for early season contests
Four Virginia Tech games set

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Game times and networks for the early season football contests were released Thursday morning by the ACC Office, with four Virginia Tech games among those announced. Two of the games released were previously announced: the opening game on Monday, Sept. 6 against Boise State at 8 p.m. on ESPN and the Thursday, Nov. 4 game at home against Georgia Tech at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN.

Information on Tech’s first two home games was also released Thursday. The Hokies and James Madison will square off at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11 in Blacksburg and that game will be broadcast on ESPN3.com (formerly ESPN360.com) while the Saturday, Sept. 18 home game against East Carolina will also kick off at 1:30 p.m. and will also be broadcast on ESPN3.com.

ESPN3 is a broadband network for live sports programming that is available nationwide, but you must subscribe to a participating high speed internet service provider. ESPN3 is available free to fans accessing the site from a college campus network in the United States or from a military base in the United States.
