Hokies to hold first annual football Letterman Reunion
The event will be part of the Maroon-White game weekend

BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech football program will be the host for the first annual football Letterman Reunion to be held April 20-21, 2012, in conjunction with the Maroon-White spring football game.

The cost for the reunion will be $50 per letterman. The reunion begins, Friday, April 20, with a golf outing at the Pete Dye River Course, starting at noon. The golf outing will be limited to 108 players and cost $70 per player (separate from the $50).

The Blacksburg Country Club will have tee times available on Friday from 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. on if a former letterman does not make the cut at the River Course. The cost will be $60 per player. Tee times can be made by calling the Pro Shop at 540-552-9164.

That Friday evening, a social and a dinner will be held in the press dining area on the fifth floor of Lane Stadium’s west side. The social and dinner starts at 6 p.m.

On Saturday, April 21, a luncheon will be held at 1 p.m. in the South End Zone suites at Lane Stadium. If a former letterman wants to bring his family, the cost will be $20 per person. Lunch for children 12 and under will be free.
