BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech Athletics Department is committed to building more fan experience opportunities for the 2014 football season and announced today that fans purchasing 25 or more individual game tickets together will have the option of a Hokie Village Experience package. There are several benefits that go along with this package including:
- Block seating for you and your guests (seats together);
- A 2014 Virginia Tech Football poster;
- Photo opportunity with HokieBird and/or Virginia Tech Cheerleaders;
- A free Virginia Tech T-shirt;
- A free bag of popcorn at Hokie Village;
- Recognition over the loud speaker at Hokie Village; and
- One autographed football signed by Coach Beamer.
In addition to these benefits, fans buying 50 or more individual game tickets in a package will also receive a VIP tour of the Virginia Tech Athletic Facilities. Hokie Village Experience Packages can be purchased for the five games during the 2014 football season including Aug. 30 vs. William & Mary; Sept. 13 vs. East Carolina; Sept. 20 vs. Georgia Tech; Sept. 27 vs. Western Michigan; Nov. 1 vs. Boston College.
The Hokie Village is a new, carnival-like festival that will take place before each Saturday home game.
