Tours
  • Entrance at Gate "A" on Poydras Street at the center front of the building under the ramp
  • Tours last approximately 1 (one) hour and include a view of the main arena, locker rooms (when available), press box, private suits, terrace level along with a video presentation
  • The following rates are available to all recognized tour operators, tour brokers and travel agents for advance purchase of Superdome tours:

Superdome Survival Guide
GUEST SERVICES DESKS
Your comfort and safety are our first priority. Guest services desks are located at the main entrance gates for all major events.

EMERGENCY CALLS
If you anticipate an emergency telephone call, you can register your name at the Guest Services Desks at Gate A, Plaza Level. If you need to leave a number to call at the Superdome, the switchboard telephone number is 587-3663.

RESALE OF TICKETS
Selling tickets at any price on or near the Superdome premises is illegal, and those indulging in such activity are subject to arrest and prosecution. Anyone attempting to enter the Superdome with a counterfeit or stolen ticket will be refused admission.

WHAT YOU CAN CARRY INTO THE SUPERDOME
Handbags, binoculars, and small hand-held signs (no sticks) are permitted for most events. No need for seat cushions—all seating is comfortable.

CAMERAS
Hand-held still cameras (no tripods)are permitted for most events; video cameras are not. If in doubt, contact the Superdome ticket office (587-3800) in advance.

WHAT YOU CANNOT CARRY INTO THE SUPERDOME
Cans, bottles, containers of any kinds, weapons, missiles, fireworks and contraband are all prohibited.

FIRST AID
The Superdome’s First Aid Station is located behind Section 135 on the Plaza Level. Contact an usher or security guard if you need assistance.

LOST AND FOUND
Please contact an usher or Guest Services Desk during the event. To learn if an item has been recovered, call 587-3900 the day after the event.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby Changing Stations are provided in the rest rooms at Plaza sections 105 and 123, Loge (Club) sections 207 and 249, and Terrace sections 504 and 534.

DESIGNATED DRIVER
The Superdome has a designated driver program. If you need assistance or if you would like to volunteer as a driver an receive a complimentary soft drink, the Designated Driver booths are located at Gates C and G on the Plaza Level.

IN GARAGE ROAD SERVICE
If you have a dead battery or another problem, contact the Superdome Parking Office at the East end of the VIP Reserved Lot at Gate A or call 587-3805.

SOUVENIRS
The Superdome Gift Shop, located at Gate A, Plaza Level, has a variety of souvenirs and specialty items. The Gift Shop is open during most events and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.

TOURS
A new high tech behind-the-scenes tour of the Superdome is conducted daily during non-event times, beginning hourly from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 587-3808 for information.

TELL US
We welcome your comments about our services and all other aspects of the Superdome. Ask your usher or stop at a Guest Services Desk and pick up a "TELL US" customer response form.

FOR OUR DISABLED GUESTS
The Superdome has excellent facilities for the disabled. IF YOU NEED SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR PARKING, ACCESS AND/OR SEATING IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT THE TICKET OFFICE (587-3800) BEFORE YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET.

SEATING
Arrangements vary with different events. Please call in advance. If you are already in attendance and have any problem with your seat, contact an usher or go to one of the Guest Services Desks.

ACCESS RAMPS
Ramps are located at Plaza sections 106, 122, 136 and 149.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located behind Plaza sections 105, 108, 120, 123, 137 and 148; Loge (Club) Sections 207 and 249; Terrace sections 504 and 534.

HEARING IMPAIRED
Phonic ear rentals are available at Guest Service Desks. A TDD/volume control telephone is located behind Plaza section 155.
