Two Golfers Named Atlantic 10 All-Conference
    Hollerbach and de Jonge named to the six-man team

    BLACKSBURG, Va. - Virginia Tech golfers Matt Hollerbach and Brendon de Jonge were both named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Golf team, the conference office announced Monday.

    Hollerbach, a freshman from Tulsa, Okla., finished second in the Bell Atlantic Atlantic 10 Golf Championship this past weekend in Pittsburgh. Hollerbach, who was also named the A-10 Most Outstanding Rookie, shot a three-over par 219 in the tournament.

    A freshman from Harare, Zimbabwe, de Jonge placed third in the A-10 Championship over the weekend. De Jonge finished one stroke behind Hollerbach, shooting a 220 for the weekend.

    The Hokies will return to action on April 28-29 when they travel to Spartanburg, S.C., to compete in the Wofford Invitational.
