Eighth-seeded NC State (6-10-2 overall, 2-6 ACC) will face ninth-seeded Tech (4-12-2, 1-6-1) at North Carolina's Fetzer Field in Chapel Hill, N.C. This will be the fourth meeting in the ACC Tournament between the Hokies and Wolfpack. The two teams also met in last year's first round in Cary, N.C, where the Wolfpack earned a 6-3 win.
