Tech fans should not be alarmed at the recent problems of the new hokievision
scoreboard that occurred during the early portions of TechÍs game with Pittsburgh
this past Saturday. The crew from CBS, which televised the game, plugged some of
their cables into the scoreboard control system and that created the problem. The
scoreboard maintenance personnel at Tech identified the problem, fixed all the
hook-ups and got the scoreboard running not long after kickoff. There should not
be any more problems related to the scoreboard for the rest of the season.
