It's great to be a Hokie! Virginia Tech football is riding an unprecedented wave of success. With nine straight bowl appearances, three conference championships, and annual top-20 status in the national polls, the Hokies have worked their way to the "big time". Season ticket sales continue to break records, with home games sold out the past three years.

To compete in the upper echelon, universities must always continue to improve their facilities and with Hokie football making its move to the next level, the time has come once again to improve Lane Stadium. To this end, we have launched The Game Plan, a $36-million project to expand Lane Stadium's South End Zone. When completed, this project will add more than 11,000 seats to the stadium, bringing the total seating capacity to over 63,000 so fans will once again be able to purchase game tickets and be a part of the Hokie football experience.
