2012 Outdoor: Earned All-ACC honors in the 400 meters with a runner-up finish in a personal best time of 53.25 at the ACC Championship.
2012 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 400 meters at the ACC Championship with a season best 55.09 and ran the leadoff leg of the sixth place 4x400 meter relay (3:46.70) at the ACC Meet … Clocked a personal best and team-leading 400 meter time of 54.39 with a runner-up finish at the VT Final Qualifier … Ran the second leg of the team-leading 4x400 meter relay at the VT Invitational (3:43.60).
2011 Outdoor: Led the team in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best 1:00.35 … Ran second leg on the 4x400-meter relay that qualified for the NCAA East Regional after setting a season-best at the Florida Relays (3:37.57).
2011 Indoor: Anchored the school record-setting 4x400-meter relay at the ACC Championships (3:38.16).
2010 Outdoor: Ran second leg on Tech’s ACC 1,600-meter relay squad which finished second (3:36.50) … Took fourth place at the Liberty Twilight meet, in a season best in the 200-meter dash (24.85) … Recorded a season-best 55.11 in the 400-meter dash finish at the Florida Relays … Finished third and fourth in the 400-meter dash in back-to-back meets at the Miami Invitational (55.18) then the Yellow Jacket Invite (55.43).
2010 Indoor: Finished fourth at the VT Challenge in the 400-meter dash in a season best 54.87 … Placed second at the Penn State National Meet in the 400-meter dash (55.79) … Earned season bests in the 200 (24.97) and 300-meter dash (39.51).
