2017 outdoor: Was a member of the winning 4x800-meter relay team in the Championship of America Invitational, earning Tech its first ever Penn Relays Championship with a school-record time of 7:13.75 ... Earned ACC Men's Co-Track Performer of the Week honors following the 4x800-meter relay performance at the Penn Relays on May 2 ... Ran the 1,500 meters at the Virginia Challenge, placing ninth overall with a time of 3:45.38 ... Won the 800 meters at both the Tennessee Relays and the Hokie Twilight meet, finishing with a season-best time of 1:48.46 at the Hokie Twilight ... Also was a member of the winning distance medley relay team at the Tennessee Relays, crossing the line in 9 minutes, 46.15 seconds.

2017 indoor: Collected first-team All-America honors as a member of the distance medley relay team at the NCAA Championships, earning a silver medal in the event with a time of 9:33.35 … Won gold in the mile at the ACC Championships with a lifetime-best time of 4:01.04, earning first-team All-ACC honors in the event … Finished second in the 1,000 meters with a personal-best time of 2:21.63 at the Virginia Tech Challenge – good enough for second on Tech’s all-time list … Placed third in the 800 with a personal-best time of 1:49.04 at the Music City Challenge, earning the sixth-fastest time in the event in school history ... 2014 outdoor: Recorded a personal-best in the 1,500-meter event with a time of 3:45.28 at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational ...
