2017 outdoor: Was a member of the winning 4x800-meter relay team in the Championship of America Invitational, earning Tech its first ever Penn Relays Championship with a school-record time of 7:13.75 ... Earned ACC Men's Co-Track Performer of the Week honors following the 4x800-meter relay performance at the Penn Relays on May 2 ... Held the team's fastest time in the 800-meter run after clocking a school-record time of 1:46.02 at the Virginia Challenge ... Was named the ACC Men's Co-Track Performer of the Week following his performances at the Virginia Challenge on April 25 ... Won the 1,500 meters in his outdoor debut at the Tennessee Relays, crossing the line in 3:43.82 - a personal-best mark ... Also was a member of the winning 4x800-meter relay team at that same meet, crossing the line in 7 minutes, 22.31 seconds.

2017 indoor: Placed second in the 800 meters at the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:47.62, earning first-team All-America honors in the event … Won his heat in the 800-meter event at the ACC Championships, qualifying for the finals … Earned a silver-medal finish at the conference meet with a 800-meter time of 1:46.42 – good enough for second on Tech’s all-time list … Was awarded first-team All-ACC honors as well … Placed first in the 600 meters with a facility- and school-record time of 1:17.26 at the Virginia Tech Challenge … Was named the ACC Men’s Track Performer of the Week following his performances at the Virginia Tech Challenge on Feb. 21 … Was a member of the winning 4x4 relay team at the Music City Challenge, finishing the race in a school-record time of 3 minutes, 11.11 seconds for the win ... Also collected a second-place finish as a member of the distance medley relay team at the Music City Challenge, finishing in a time of 9:31.15 - the fifth-fastest time in the event in program history ... Placed third in the 800 at the Camel City Invitational with a time of 1:49.41 ... Ran unattached in the 1,000 at the Hokie Invitational, winning the event in a time of 2:22.72 – the sixth-fastest time in the event in school history … Ran unattached in the mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational and won that event as well, running it in a personal-best time of 4:09.19.

Prior to Tech: Ran three years at the University of New Hampshire before transferring to Virginia Tech … Came in 24th in the 800-meter run at the NCAA East Regional with a time of 1:49.11 … Won the 800 at the America East Conference Championships in a time of 1:50.76 and was a member of the winning 4x800 relay team … Won five conference championships during his career at New Hampshire … Placed ninth in the 800 at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships.

High school: Lettered in cross country for three years at Danvers under coach John Norris … Placed third in the 600-meter race at the 2013 state indoor meet and fourth in the 800 at the outdoor meet … Personal bests include 1:23.16 (600), 1:55.17 (800), 2:35.18 (1,000) and 4:36.53 (mile) … Also lettered three times in soccer for coach Mike Chase and was named a Salem News All-American.
