Diggin' for Dollars Grass Tournament!

Who: Junior and Adult Volleyball Teams
What: Grass Volleyball Tournament, Mens Doubles, Womens Triples (adults and juniors)
When: Saturday, June 6, 2009
Where: Inside the Track and Field complex on campus at Virginia Tech, across from Lane Stadium
How Much: $15 per person

Details:

The Third Annual Diggin' for Dollars Fundraiser is an event to raise money for the Virginia Tech Volleyball Team. High School players to adult athletes around the area can sign up to play in the tournament. Feel free to bring tents, snacks, and chairs to set up for the duration of the day. We are hosting Men's Doubles as well as Women's Juniors and Adults Triples. Juniors athletes under 18 will need a waiver signed at team check in by their guardian. Registration and Check in will begin at 8:00am, the morning of the tournament, and the play will begin thereafter. Non-cash prizes will be awarded to the winners. Please join us for great volleyball, great fun, and a great way to support the Virginia Tech Volleyball Team. Go Hokies!

THIS IS A FUNDRAISER SO THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, THE RAIN-OUT DATE WILL BE SUNDAY JUNE 7.

Directions:

The Track and Field complex is located at the corner of Southgate and Spring Road, directly across from Lane Football Stadium. Take the 460 Bypass to campus. When coming from the 460 bypass, east or west, turn off 460 onto Southgate Road which is the only stoplight on the bypass. At the second stoplight take a left onto Spring Road. Parking will be located at the next left, at the entrance of the Track and Field Complex, next to the softball field.
