2013: ACC All-Freshman Team… Appeared in 32 matches and started in 31… Led the team in kills per set, averaging 2.85 per set… Topped the ACC and ranked 28th in the NCAA in aces with 44… Moved in to several categories in the Tech Freshman records: fifth in kills (311) and kills per set (2.85), third in aces (44), fifth in digs (282) and tied for third with 24 solo blocks… Was second on the team in digs with 282 (2.50 dps) and led the Hokies in solo blocks with 24… Had double-digit kills 18 times during the season and double-digit digs 14 times… Recorded nine double-doubles… Had first career double-double with 12 kills and 12 digs versus Pacific… Had a span of seven straight matches with double-digit kills beginning with 12 against William & Mary followed by Duquesne (11), Rice (14), Bowling Green (13), Louisville (15), Wake Forest (11) and ending at Duke with 11 and posted a season-high four solo blocks against the Blue Devils… Also tallied a season-best five aces against Duquesne… Had 15 kills and a season-high 19 digs at Maryland… Recorded 14 kills and 11 digs against 13th-ranked North Carolina and had 17 kills and 15 digs versus Notre Dame… notched 15 digs against Miami… Had a season-high 19 kills at Notre Dame while recording 10 digs against the Irish… Notched 14 kills and 13 digs at Virginia and tallied 10 kills and 18 digs versus Maryland.
