Tech was without Williams for the closing minutes of the second half and overtime. Williams was the leading scorer for the Hokies with 18 points and seven rebounds . Boston College's Becky Gottstein gave the Hokies nightmares all day long inside, connecting on 8-out of-12 shots for the game. She was instrumental in the early Eagle run, scoring eight of Boston College's 15 points. Gottstein also added eight boards to her final game totals. Nicole Conway finished the game with 13 points to go along with her seven rebounds and four assists.
