CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS – Tech jumped out to a 25-9 lead in the first quarter and never looked back Thursday night in their Big Ten/ACC Challenge victory from the State Farm Center in Champaign, Illinois.

The Hokies shot nearly 53 percent from the field including 45.5 percent (10 –for-22) from beyond the arc, while playing stifling defense forcing 16 turnovers.
