2011-12: Won the heavyweight division at the Hokie Open … Was 5-0 on the season heading into a dual meet at Ohio State … Suffered a serious knee injury midway through and had to take an injury default … It was determined that it was a torn ACL of the left knee and he missed the rest of the season.
2010-11: Earned a wildcard spot in the NCAA Championships after placing second at the ACC Tournament … Finished the season with a 20-10 overall record … Went 5-0 in ACC dual meets and 15-6 in all dual matches … Was the top seed at the ACC Championships, but lost in the first tiebreaker of the championship match … Placed second at the Hokie Open … Had four major decisions … Picked up 51 team points in dual matches … Named to the 2010-11 ACC Academic Honor Roll.
