Dorenzo Hudson (Men's Basketball, Sr., Charlotte, N.C.)
Hudson led the Hokies to a win at No. 15 Virginia on Sunday night. Hudson had 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field in the win. With the Hokies ahead, 44-43, and with 17 seconds remaining, Hudson hit a big three-pointer from the left corner to give Tech a four point lead. Then, on the defensive end, Hudson made a diving steal attempt in the final second to disrupt the UVa offense. On Thursday night, Hudson scored 16 points coming off the bench in the loss to No. 8 UNC. He tied a career-high with four three-point field goals.
